Considered the Rolls Royce of beef steak, this prized, filet mignon is the most sought-after beef. Low in fat and rich in flavour this tenderloin will simply melt in your mouth.
Our Galician fillets are delivered daily, fresh and pre-cut to size.
To cook, chef brings them to room temperature, and using extra virgin olive oil, fresh ground black pepper and himalayan rock salt, seasons them well before cooking on the charcoal grill. Once cooked to the way you like it he'll leave to rest for a couple of minutes before plating.
Note: pre-booking a steak will give the chef a good hour to give the steak a little more tenderness before putting on the grill.
